As Mechatronics Specialist for TMAV, I developed robotic arm software and a graphical user interface for medical delivery drone systems.
Key achievements:
- Our team won 1st place at the national AEAC competition
- Reduced robotic arm operation difficulty by automating the process of picking up and delivering medical supplies
- Implemented inverse kinematic equations for precise arm control
- Simplified the mission process by developing a real-time medical supply tracking system
- Used OpenCV and Python to process package QR codes from live analog drone video feeds
- Provided the pilot with critical destination information
