As Mechatronics Specialist for TMAV, I developed robotic arm software and a graphical user interface for medical delivery drone systems.

Key achievements:

  • Our team won 1st place at the national AEAC competition
  • Reduced robotic arm operation difficulty by automating the process of picking up and delivering medical supplies
  • Implemented inverse kinematic equations for precise arm control
  • Simplified the mission process by developing a real-time medical supply tracking system
  • Used OpenCV and Python to process package QR codes from live analog drone video feeds
  • Provided the pilot with critical destination information
